Residential Flooring

Nothing brings a room alive like a new or refinished hardwood floor. Whether you are replacing other flooring or want to revitalize an existing wood floor, Integrity Flooring can provide a lasting investment in your home without breaking the bank or filling your home with dust.

Dustless Sanding

New installations and refinishing projects benefit from our “dustless” sanding process. Refinishing your hardwood floor adds beauty and value to your home. Traditional hardwood floor refinishing is an extremely dusty process — a dust storm in your home, lingering dust in your air ducts, and a clean-up headache that feels like it will never end. But there is a cleaner, healthier, and faster process. Integrity Flooring’s dustless sanding process removes airborne sanding dust into a powerful, self-contained vacuum system in a trailer outside of your home. Each piece of sanding equipment is specially designed to attach to vacuum hosing. The large trailer mounted vacuum system is able to keep up with the dust generated by the sanding equipment and wisk it out of your home, virtually eliminating your exposure to potential wood dust toxins and carcinogens.

Water Base Finishes

Water borne finishes are typically used in remodel or homeowner occupied homes. Their low odor, quick dry time and durability make water base finish our first choice in finish. High traffic water borne finishes have proven to be 4 to 5 times stronger and more durable than oil base finishes. Customers with children and pets tend to prefer the durability of water borne finishes over oil. Also with the average dry time being 3 to 4 hours, there is usually no need to be out of the house overnight to let the finish dry.

Free In Home Estimates

Every hardwood flooring project is unique. We would love to schedule a free in home consultation with you to discuss your wood floor project. If you are looking to discuss new hardwood flooring, we can talk about pricing on varied widths and species of woods. There are many options available from standard widths of traditional maple and oak to other more exotic species like bamboo, Brazilian cherry, or wide plank and reclaimed wood flooring. We can discuss stain and finish options as well.

Maybe you have an existing hardwood floor you would like to have refinished? Many people have concerns about water damaged or pet damaged areas in their wood flooring. Other clients have scratches and dents in the hardwood that need to be addressed. We can look at your floor and determine if we feel these areas can be corrected through our dustless wood floor sanding process or if the damaged individual boards will need to be replaced or repaired.

Some wood floors aren’t in need of a full sanding. Light scratches, or scratches that are within the finish can be taken care of by a buff and coat process. In a buff and coat, a buffer is used to rough up the existing finish, the floor is vacuumed, damp mopped, and a coat of finish is applied. Buff and coats can be done yearly in high traffic areas of your home.

Every wood flooring project is individual. It is best if the flooring can be visually inspected by a wood flooring professional to help you determine what is best for your floor. We would love to help you with your wood flooring project. Please contact us to set up an appointment for a free estimate.
